The Government of Aragón, through the Department of Environment and Tourism, has announced the opening of the application period for the Best Tourist Experience 2025, highlighting the importance of innovation in the region’s tourism sector.
The Award for the Best Tourist Experience in Aragón, which will be open until September 30, 2025, seeks to recognize proposals that stand out for their innovation, sustainability, and differentiation, thereby contributing to the positioning of Aragón as a leading tourist destination.
Criteria and Application Process
Entities, both public and private, that offer original and emotional tourist activities may participate. It is essential that the proposals reflect a commitment to sustainability and quality, and they must be submitted through the General Electronic Registry of the Government of Aragón or its registration assistance offices. Applications sent by email will not be accepted, although this medium may be used for inquiries or to send additional materials to the address promociónturistica@aragon.es.
Selection and Recognition
The finalists will be announced at the end of October, and of these, twelve will be selected to present their projects at the Aragón Tourist Experience Gala in December, where the winners will be revealed. This event will be widely covered by media outlets and social media platforms.
Promotion of Awarded Experiences
Winning experiences will receive promotion at both national and international levels. They will be included on the official tourism website of Aragón and will have a prominent place at tourism fairs such as FITUR in 2026. Additionally, a promotional brochure will be produced that includes all the finalist experiences.
