The Ministry of Culture has reaffirmed its commitment to the Extrarradios Festival in Huesca, ensuring financial support for the third edition, which will take place in October 2026. Minister Ernest Urtasun confirmed the continuation of this collaboration after meeting with the mayors of Almudévar and Ayerbe, the municipalities organizing the event. The financial contribution for this edition remains at 70,000 euros.
Progressive Increase in Funding

In 2024, the festival received 50,000 euros, a figure that increased to 70,000 euros in 2025 and is maintained for 2026. This festival was born in response to the cancellation of the historic Periferias Festival, maintaining its essence of free creativity and critical thought.
