The commercial chain has scheduled fifteen days of cultural events that include celebrations of the 75th anniversary of Snoopy, literary presentations, gastronomic conferences, and shows of Aragonese jota. The activities will take place at its centers in Puerto Venecia and Sagasta during the first half of the month.

75 Years of Snoopy as the Highlight Event
On October 1 at 6:00 PM, El Corte Inglés will commemorate the 75th anniversary of Snoopy with a screening of «The Peanuts Movie.» The event will take place at the Puerto Venecia center, on the third floor next to traditional costumes. According to the program, Peanuts has become a global phenomenon during the seven and a half decades since its first appearance in 1950, inspiring artists, musicians, and philosophers for more than seventy years.
Literary and Gastronomic Activities
Presentation of the book «Self-Care»
On October 2 at 7:00 PM, the book Self-Care: 52 Weeks to Take Care of Yourself by Patri Psicóloga and Yolanda Cuevas will be presented. The authors, both psychologists, propose inspiring dynamics and exercises to reconnect with oneself over 52 weeks, without rigid rules or judgments.
Conference on Michelin Star Gastronomy
The Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy will present a conference on «The Starred Cuisine of María José Meda» on October 14 at 7:00 PM. The chef of the ‘El Batán’ restaurant in Tramacastilla (Teruel) will discuss her professional journey alongside academic Miguel Ángel Vicente. The program highlights that Aragón achieved a total of eleven Michelin stars by 2025 spread across the region.
Special Programming for Fiestas del Pilar
Radio and Musical Events
On October 3 at 12:20 PM, a live radio program will be broadcast from Puerto Venecia, featuring the special Fiestas del Pilar program from Onda Cero «Más de uno Zaragoza».
On October 8 and 9, performances of jota aragonesa will be held starting at 6:00 PM. On Wednesday the 8th, it will take place in Puerto Venecia with a tour through all floors, while on Thursday the 9th, it will be held at the Sagasta center on the ground floor. The program highlights that «jota is part of the culture and tradition of the Aragonese» and constitutes an annual tribute to this art.
Art Exhibition
«Art in My Life» by Victor Boggiano
On October 15 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, there will be an exhibition by sculptor and painter Victor Boggiano. The artist, known for creating figures for Hollywood in films such as Star Wars, presents his artistic side with works that include landscapes from Peru and Spain, as well as fantastic characters from the film world. Boggiano, trained at the School of Fine Arts in Lima, is exhibiting for the first time in Zaragoza.
The exhibition will be open Monday to Friday in the afternoons, prior to the cultural activities in the hall. All programming is available at ambitocultural.es and on the organization’s social media.
