Ibercaja Foundation Launches Social Projects Call for 2025

The Ibercaja Foundation has launched the 21st edition of its Social Projects Call, an initiative that strengthens its commitment to the third sector in Spain. Interested organizations have until March 18 to submit their proposals, joining other calls focused on children, the environment, and international cooperation.

Impact and Reach of the Call

Throughout its twenty previous editions, the call has supported 4,606 associations across the country, demonstrating a significant impact on the Spanish social fabric. This initiative has become a fundamental pillar for many organizations seeking support for their social projects.

The main objective of the call is to assist groups at risk of social exclusion or in situations of dependency. Projects should focus on key areas such as guidance and training, especially in preventing school failure, labor market integration, addressing basic needs, and supporting vulnerable groups.

Requirements and Application Process

To participate, organizations must be legally established and registered with the relevant authority for at least two years. Additionally, they must demonstrate experience in the field of the submitted project and may present only one project per entity. Additional certifications in areas such as the environment, transparency, and best practices will be positively valued.

The application process consists of two phases: first, the registration and accreditation of users on the Ibercaja Foundation’s website; then, the complete submission of the application before the deadline. Already accredited entities must update their documentation to participate. The maximum period for justifying the projects is 12 months from the signing of the agreement.

Support and Contact

Organizations wishing to participate have access to a consulting service via telephone and email to resolve any questions during the process. They can contact through the email colaboraciones@fundacionibercaja.es, thereby ensuring direct access to the necessary information to complete their applications.
