From March 19 to 21, the Zaragoza Conference Center will host the second edition of The Wave, the largest technology conference in Aragon, which this year has tripled its capacity to reach 10,000 registrants.
After a first edition that exceeded expectations with more than 3,000 attendees, the event seeks to consolidate Aragon as a benchmark in innovation and technology in southern Europe. The Vice-President of the Government of Aragon, Mar Vaquero, has emphasized that, due to the success of the congress, the program has been expanded with the participation of more than 100 speakers, who will analyze the impact of technology on the present and future of business.
Six thematic spaces for an immersive experience
The Wave 2025 will offer an innovative structure with six distinct areas:
- Planet Zero: Main stage for the most important talks and institutional events.
- Wav-e Star: A space for creative and dynamic presentations.
- Expo Horizon: An exhibition area that will bring together the main technology companies.
- Lunar Lab: An experimental room dedicated to emerging technologies.
- Nebula Lounge: A networking and rest area.
- Exoplanet Drink & Food: Open-air space with food trucks and gastronomic offerings.
New features: investment, talent and the role of AI
One of the main additions this year is The Wave Invest, a day dedicated to investment that will be held on March 21st. 75 startups, 18 scale-ups and 90 investors will participate, consolidating the event as a bridge between innovation and financing.
In addition, The Wave Talent will be held, a space aimed at high school, vocational training and university students, with the aim of bringing them closer to the world of work and showing them new opportunities in the technology sector.
Artificial intelligence (AI) will be one of the central themes of the congress, with debates on its ethical use and its impact on different sectors. Amazon Web Services (AWS), a founding partner of the event, will delve into the role of cloud technology and AI as drivers of business transformation.
By holding The Wave 2025, Zaragoza is strengthening its position as a technology hub, attracting professionals, companies and investors, and consolidating Aragon as a key player in the innovation and technology ecosystem.
