The A-2 in Zaragoza will see lane closures and exit shutdowns between 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, due to road resurfacing work on the Ronda Norte in the Barcelona-bound direction.
Work on Zaragoza’s A-2 between kilometers 318.5 and 320.3
The work will be carried out on the outbound carriageway of the A-2 highway, toward Barcelona, between kilometer markers 318.5 and 320.3, as it passes through the city of Zaragoza. The project includes milling and resurfacing the roadway.
The project involves an investment of €4.3 million, including VAT. The work is part of a surface pavement rehabilitation program on Zaragoza’s Ronda Norte.
Traffic restrictions and detours at the A-68 and AP-68 interchange
Traffic restrictions will be concentrated around the junction between the A-2 and the A-68/AP-68, located at kilometer marker 318.7. During this period, lanes will be closed and certain exits in the affected area will be shut.
Traffic will be diverted along signed alternative routes while the work is underway. Drivers traveling on the Ronda Norte toward Barcelona should expect potential changes to their routes over the weekend.
