Whitelane Research’s study measures the satisfaction of major Spanish organizations with their technology providers, based on the views of more than 330 companies and over 1,000 outsourcing relationships. In this context, hiberus ranks first in Value for Money, an indicator that assesses the value customers perceive relative to their investment.

The company also ranks in the top 5 for overall satisfaction, at 84%, five points above the market average. The report places it ahead of multinationals such as Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, NTT DATA, Fujitsu, and IBM across various categories in Spain’s technology provider market.

Customer relationships are another of its highest-rated areas. hiberus scores 89% in Account Management Quality, the report’s highest shared score and eight points above the average. This section assesses the strategic and commercial management of accounts, understanding of each organization’s needs, and the ability to identify collaboration opportunities.

Artificial Intelligence becomes a business priority

hiberus ranks second for the effective application of Artificial Intelligence, behind EPAM, in a year in which it has accelerated the integration of the technology across teams, processes, solutions, and services. Its strategy is structured around hiberIA, an initiative aimed at speeding up development, automating tasks, supporting decision-making, and improving efficiency and productivity.

AI is also the most in-demand capability among the organizations surveyed: 73% identify it as one of their top priorities, ahead of cybersecurity, data, analytics, and cloud. The company points to the use of the technology to transform repetitive tasks, free up time, and accelerate software development.

Initiatives cited include Scriba, teams of intelligent agents, and tools designed for sectors such as retail, banking, and public administration. According to Ángel Pardillos, hiberus vice president of Strategy and Technology, the company has moved from treating AI as a technological capability to integrating it across the way it operates, develops solutions, and delivers services.

Cloud and application services strengthen the Azul Infinito 2025–2030 plan

Among the technology services assessed, hiberus achieves 86% satisfaction in Application Services, the highest score shared with other providers. In Cloud & Infrastructure Services, it scores 85%, above the market average and among the best-rated companies.

The company attributes this performance to a model based on hyper-specialization, spanning more than 40 technology areas, as well as customer support throughout the project life cycle. The study also ranks it sixth in positive perception among organizations that do not yet work with the company.

The results support the Azul Infinito 2025–2030 strategic plan, through which hiberus aims to reach €1 billion in revenue and 10,000 professionals. The roadmap is underpinned by Artificial Intelligence, hyper-specialization, and what the company calls “technology with soul” to consolidate its growth.
