The Department of Education of Aragon has included a project of 141,813.20 euros for the complete renovation of the electrical installation at IES Rodanas in Épila, in accordance with the 2025 Contracting Plan. This activity is significant as it will expand the educational offerings in industrial and agro-food cycles at the educational center.
The electrical renovation at IES Rodanas, located at Camino de la Estación 1, 50290 Épila, is envisioned as a fundamental step to modernize the facilities and address the growing educational needs of its 450 students. This project is part of a broader strategy by the Department of Education to adapt the infrastructure of public centers and ensure a quality education.
IES Rodanas not only focuses on electrical renovation but has also been involved in innovative initiatives such as transforming a shipping container into an educational space known as Brucano project. Additionally, programs for coexistence and educational inclusion have been implemented, documented in various specialized publications, reflecting a commitment to comprehensive education and the well-being of its students.
The improvement of the facilities at IES Rodanas not only addresses the need for adequate infrastructure but also aims to promote training in key sectors such as industrial and agro-food areas. With a set class schedule from 8:30 to 2:15 PM, this renovated center hopes to attract more students and enhance its educational offerings, thus contributing to the social and economic development of the region.
