The Department of Employment, Science, and Universities of Aragón has launched a funding call for 2026, aimed at financing events that promote scientific culture and technological development. With a budget of €100,000, the objective is to foster interest in innovation and entrepreneurial talent in the region.
Details of the call and deadlines
The grants, totaling €100,000, are available for applications from universities, research centers, and non-profit organizations in Aragón. The deadline for submitting applications is 15 business days from the day after the call is published in the Official Bulletin of Aragón (BOA).
Eligible activities for funding must take place between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026. The call seeks to promote projects that not only have a significant impact on the scientific community but also foster inter-institutional collaboration and social inclusion.
Selection criteria and application submission
Projects will be evaluated based on their quality, duration, geographic scope, and impact on strategic groups. This year, special attention will be given to activities that benefit individuals at risk of exclusion or those residing in rural areas. Additionally, the capacity of entities to self-finance will be assessed.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through electronic means via the Government of Aragón’s procedures portal. It is crucial to include a detailed project description, as well as the budget and the technical and administrative requirements specified in the call. It is important to note that the order of application submissions will not affect the awarding decision.
