The Calamocha Hunting, Fishing, and Rural Tourism Fair (CAPTUR) has opened its doors for its twenty-fourth edition, highlighting a full occupancy of its exhibition space. This event, held on March 7, 2026, brought together important figures from the environmental and local sectors, establishing itself as a benchmark in the industry.
CAPTUR 2026: A Success in Participation and Exhibition Space
This year’s edition of CAPTUR has achieved 100% of its exhibition space, reflecting the interest and relevance of the event in the sector. With 80 exhibitors spread across 7,000 square meters, the fair offers a wide variety of products and services related to hunting, fishing, and rural tourism.
This achievement not only underscores the importance of CAPTUR in the calendar of industry fairs but also demonstrates the growth and consolidation of the fair as an essential meeting point for professionals and enthusiasts.
Presence of Authorities and Featured Events
The inauguration of CAPTUR was attended by Alfonso Calvo, General Director of Natural Environment, Hunting, and Fishing, who was accompanied by Manuel Rando, Mayor of Calamocha, and Emilio Pérez, Provincial Director of the Environment in Teruel. This institutional presence highlights the support and significance attributed to the event from various levels of government.
Among the activities leading up to the official start of the fair, the III Women Hunters’ Conference and a technical session dedicated to the role of hunting in managing African swine fever were held. These events not only enrich the fair’s program but also encourage debate and reflection on current and relevant issues for the sector.
