The Government of Aragón has launched a series of grant calls aimed at boosting the cultural sector in the region. These funds, published in the Official Bulletin of Aragón, are directed towards associations, foundations, and art galleries, with the goal of promoting cultural creation and dissemination. Interested entities must submit their applications between April 13 and April 16, 2026.
Grants for Cultural Associations and Foundations
Non-profit associations and cultural foundations in Aragón have the opportunity to access grants of up to 140,000 euros. These funds are intended to finance concerts, performing arts shows, visual arts exhibitions, as well as workshops, conferences, galas, and competitions. The subsidized activities must be carried out between November 14, 2025, and October 25, 2026. It is noteworthy that these grants do not apply to festivals, public celebrations, private events, or trips. The deadline for submitting applications is April 16, and the entities must be domiciled in Aragón and registered in a public registry.
Incentives for Art Galleries
Art galleries in Aragón can also benefit from these grants, with funding ranging between 1,000 and 25,000 euros. The aim is to support the creation, production, and dissemination of exhibitions, as well as to promote Aragonese artists at national and international events and fairs. The activities must be conducted between November 14, 2025, and November 13, 2026. To qualify for these grants, galleries must be registered for the Economic Activities Tax and have their legal address in Aragón.
Supplementary Aid for Festivals and Bookstores
In addition to the main grants, additional calls have been opened for festivals and bookstores. Festivals can receive between 1,000 and 15,000 euros, covering up to 80% of the budget, with a submission deadline of April 15. On the other hand, bookstores that promote reading through presentations and meetings with authors can apply for grants ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 euros, with a deadline until April 13. All applications must be processed through the online procedure of Aragón.
