Legal Terms for the Instagram Giveaway Go Aragón – Blue Jeans Book

1. ORGANIZER

This giveaway is organized by Go Aragón.

2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY

In order to promote reading and culture, Go Aragón is giving away a copy of the latest novel by Blue Jeans to participants who meet the requirements established in these terms.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND DURATION

• Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and older residing in Spain.
• The giveaway will begin on June 16, 2026, and end on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
• Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

To participate in the giveaway, it is necessary to:

1. Follow the official Go Aragón Instagram account (@go.aragon).
2. Follow the official Blue Jeans Instagram account (@bluejeanswriter).
3. Like the giveaway post.
4. Comment on the post mentioning a person with whom they would share the reading of the book.

Multiple Entries

• Each comment with a different mention will count as an independent entry.
• Participants may enter as many times as they wish.
• Repeated mentions by the same user will not be accepted.
• Fake profiles, accounts created exclusively for contests, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE

The prize will consist of a copy of the latest novel by Blue Jeans. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other product or service.

6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

• The winner and an alternate will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
• The winner’s name will be published in the giveaway post via a pinned comment or an update to the post’s text.
• The winner will have 48 hours from the publication of their name to contact Go Aragón and provide the necessary information for prize delivery.
• If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will automatically pass to the selected alternate.
• The alternate will also have 48 hours from the time of their announcement to contact Go Aragón.
• If there is no response from the alternate within that timeframe, the giveaway will be deemed completed, and the prize will be considered void, with no obligation on the part of Go Aragón to make further awards or repeat the giveaway.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be shipped free of charge exclusively to postal addresses located in Spain. No shipments will be made outside of Spain. Go Aragón is not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the winner that may prevent the correct delivery of the prize.

8. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Go Aragón reserves the right to exclude any participant from the giveaway who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities that alter the normal course of the giveaway. Additionally, Go Aragón may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons or due to force majeure.

9. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided by the winner will be used exclusively for the management and delivery of the prize.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram in any way. Participants release Instagram from any liability arising from this giveaway.
