Organized by CaixaBank and elBullifoundation, along with HORECA Zaragoza, the course is aimed at professionals in the sector and entrepreneurs seeking to enhance the management of their businesses with operational excellence and strategic vision.
Content Designed to Transform Hospitality Management
The program addresses key topics for the future of the restaurant industry, such as leadership, financial planning, and emotional management of service. Experts like Ferran Centelles, Silvia Sánchez, Silvia Timón, and Ernest Laporte will also participate.
The training is based on methodological tools like the Genhésis Plan and the Restaurant Business Model Canvas, inspired by the Sapiens methodology created by elBullifoundation.
