The Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of Aragón, Javier Rincón, inaugurated the June 2, 2025 III Razimo Conference in the La Corona Hall of the Pignatelli Building. The event, organized by Bodegas Carlos Valero, focuses on garnacha as the featured variety. Also present was Amparo Cuéllar, General Director of Innovation and Agri-Food Promotion, who actively participated in the opening of this wine gathering.
45 exhibiting companies from across Spain presented their products, demonstrating the relevance of the conference on a national scale.
Attendees had the opportunity to taste over 400 wines, allowing for an exploration of a wide variety of labels and styles. In particular, garnacha was highlighted as one of the references setting trends in national gastronomy, positioning itself as the main focus of this edition of the conference.
