The Zaragoza Auditorium is preparing for a vibrant March 2026 with a diverse musical program that spans from classical music to contemporary flamenco. This month, the auditorium becomes the cultural epicenter of the city, offering a series of events that promise to captivate a variety of audiences with innovative and supportive proposals.
Highlighted Events on March 8
On March 8, the Orquesta Reino de Aragón kicks off the day with a concert at 11:30 am, conducted by Ricardo Casero. The performance will include works by Antonio Vivaldi and Astor Piazzolla, featuring violinist Elli Choi and the bandoneon, as part of the Music Introduction Cycle.
In the evening, at 6:00 pm, the auditorium hosts the solidarity concert «United by Cinema.» This event brings together the Young Film Scores Orchestra, Vocal Factory, and the Musical Group Pascual Marquina de Calatayud. The program includes iconic soundtracks from John Williams, The Greatest Showman, and Disney. The proceeds will go to the Scholarship Program of the NGO Estrella de la Mañana, supporting the education of young people in rural areas of India.
Additionally, the Burgos duo Fetén Fetén will present a concert as part of the Inverfest festival, reinterpreting traditional Spanish music with unconventional instruments adapted to the present day.
Musical Variety Throughout March
On March 15 at 11:30 am, Niño de Elche joins Grupo Enigma to present an original 1915 version of El Amor Brujo by Manuel de Falla. The performance will feature the Amici Musicae Children’s Choir under the direction of Asier Puga and Isabel Solano.
On March 21, the Orquesta Reino de Aragón presents a family concert narrated by Belén Otxotorena, telling the story of Pelleas, Melisande, and Golaud through the music of Jean Sibelius. This event is recommended for children aged 6 and up.
On March 25, the legendary Miguel Ríos takes the stage with his tour The Last Waltz, in an electro-acoustic format accompanied by four multi-instrumentalist musicians, as part of Inverfest.
Finally, on March 29, the Orchestra of the Universitat de València and the Amici Musicae Choir perform Ein Deutsches Requiem by Brahms. The performance will feature soprano Marta Mathéu and baritone Pau Armengol Torrella, conducted by Hilari Garcia Gázquez and Igor Tantos Sevillano.
