The Bosque Sonoro will kick off this Saturday with a free concert by Travis Birds in the Mozota square. The evening of Saturday, June 17 will be full of music with the participation of Travis Birds, Radio Parranda and Mario Beni. This event marks the beginning of the festival, which will run from June 17 to 25 in the Mozota grove and square, as well as at the Muel waterfall.
A novelty for this edition is the incorporation of a new stage called «La Chopera de Radio 3», which will be present on June 23 and 24. Prominent artists such as La Casa Azul, León Benavente, Iván Ferreiro and Amaia will perform at this festival. In addition, Travis Birds, who will be performing at the event, has been interviewed.
El Bosque Sonoro will start on Saturday, June 17 with a free party in the Mozota square, which will last from 20:00 until after midnight. The program will include performances by Radio Parranda (8:45 pm), Travis Birds (10:00 pm) and Mario Beni (11:45 pm). These concerts will be free and will mark the beginning of the festival.
The festival will continue the following week with performances at the Mozota grove on Friday, June 23 and Saturday, June 24, as well as free concerts at the Muel waterfall on Sunday, June 25. During these days, outstanding artists such as Iván Ferreiro, Amaia, León Benavente, La Casa Azul and La Costa Brava, among others, will perform.
The event stands out for being innovative and in this edition will feature the new small-format stage «La Chopera de Radio 3». Each edition will feature a guest festival for this space, in collaboration with the renowned national radio station, to give visibility to projects and share experiences. Cultura Inquieta will be the project that will inaugurate this initiative with concerts by Lorena Álvarez y sus Rondadores, Soledad Vélez, Morreo and Javiera Mena.
El Bosque Sonoro will have five stages distributed in three spaces and two villages. The main stage will be the Ámbar stage in the leafy grove of the Mozota forest, where the main concerts will be held. In addition, the La Cabaña and La Chopera stages will be set up. The concerts will feature the participation of various artists, such as La Costa Brava, Iván Ferreiro, León Benavente, Dj Amable, Ángel Carmona and Rialto DJ, among others.
On the last day of the festival, Sunday, June 25, there will be a free entrance party on the stage set up at the Muel waterfall, with the participation of Fajardo, Liniker and Lord Sassafras.
Advance tickets for the festival are priced at 60 € + gg for the general season ticket and 40 € + gg for single day tickets. They can be purchased through the festival’s official website. In addition, there will be a
shuttle bus service from Zaragoza for a price of 6 euros each way, with the aim of reducing emissions and facilitating transportation.
El Bosque Sonoro is a sustainable project that seeks to revitalize the rural territory. In previous editions, trees have been reforested in a degraded area of the town thanks to the funds raised from the fila 0. Carbon emissions have also been offset through the Ecology and Development Foundation (Ecodes).
