The Dinópolis Foundation has recently released a new edition of its ‘Paleoguides’ series, focusing this time on the pictorial work developed at El Castellar, Teruel.
This publication is part of the foundation’s ongoing efforts to educate and inform the public about various aspects of paleontology and related areas.
The new issue of the ‘Paleoguides’ series is dedicated to highlighting the pictorial works that have taken place in El Castellar, an area of great historical and artistic importance. The publication seeks to provide a detailed and accessible overview of this work, thus promoting a greater understanding of the local cultural heritage. Traditionally, ‘Paleoguías’ has been recognized for its educational approach, managing to simplify complex topics for a general audience. Previous editions have included topics on the extinction of dinosaurs and other paleontological findings.
The Dinópolis Foundation demonstrates its commitment to the promotion of scientific knowledge and cultural heritage through diverse paleontological research and educational activities. These include excavations, conservation efforts and public outreach programs that seek to engage the community in learning about paleontology and natural history.
The launch of this new ‘Paleoguides’ represents a significant step towards spreading knowledge about the pictorial and historical aspects of El Castellar. This initiative not only enriches public understanding of local heritage, but also contributes to the wider field of paleontology and cultural studies. The foundation continues to reaffirm its role as a leader in paleontological education and research in Spain and abroad.
