The Hospedería de Allepuz, located in the Teruel Maestrazgo region, has reopened under the new management of Tina Gastronomía SL, with a visit from the Minister of Environment and Tourism, Manuel Blasco, marking an important step in the revitalization of the Network of Hospederías of Aragón.
Following a temporary closure since November 2024, the Hospedería de Allepuz has reopened its doors under the direction of Tina Gastronomía SL. This company has taken over the comprehensive management of the establishment, including staff hiring and maintenance. During the visit, Minister Manuel Blasco highlighted the Government of Aragón’s commitment to the network of hospederías, also mentioning the recent reopenings of the hospederías of Rueda and San Juan de la Peña.
The hospedería occupies the Renaissance Palace «Casa Grande», a 16th-century building that has been renovated and categorized with 4 stars. It has 22 rooms, totaling 44 beds, and is equipped with a restaurant, café, multipurpose room, spa, and gym. Additionally, it is located near the Valdelinares ski resort and the tourist resources of the Maestrazgo and Gúdar-Javalambre regions.
Discount Voucher Program
The discount voucher program, maintained by Turismo de Aragón, is still active, offering a 50% discount to Aragonese citizens. To date, a total of 2,408 vouchers have been redeemed across 7 hospederías, with over 200 vouchers still available in Allepuz. This program aims to promote sustainable tourism and local development, highlighting the participation of establishments such as the Mesón de la Dolores in Calatayud and the Palacio Matutano-Daudén in La Iglesuela del Cid.
