On July 18, 2025, the Employment Counselor, Claudia Pérez Forniés, and the Mayor of Huesca, Lorena Orduna, concluded the «Huesca Crea» program in Huesca, highlighting the expansion of the INAEM Experiential Programs as an effective tool for labor insertion.
The «Huesca Crea» program, which lasted 6 months, was designed to equip unemployed individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit with the necessary skills to start economically, socially, and environmentally viable businesses.
«These programs are crucial for fostering the creation of companies, which are the engine of economic growth and job generation,» stated Pérez Forniés. She also emphasized that «7 out of 10 students find employment,» demonstrating the commitment of the Government of Aragón to employment and rural development.
For her part, Lorena Orduna underscored the importance of these programs in fostering new business creators in Huesca, consolidating the region and promoting local economic development. «The City Council is deeply engaged in initiatives that generate employment and create business projects,» she added.
By 2025, 67 programs have been scheduled in 38 locations in Aragón, representing 14 more programs than in the previous call and a budget increase of 33%, reaching a total of 24.6 million euros. Specifically, in the province of Huesca, 4,332,674.64 € will be invested in 14 projects, benefiting 153 students.
