More than thirty companies from the agri-food sector in Aragon are preparing to stand out at Gourmets 2026, the most important gastronomic fair in Spain. The Association of Food Industries of Aragon (AIAA) has confirmed its participation, primarily distributed in pavilion 7, the epicenter of the event’s offerings.
The Aragonese companies participating in Gourmets 2026 reflect the rich diversity of the region’s food sector. In the field of oils and fats, notable names include Aceites del Alto Aragón, Aceites Escario, Aceites Noguero Somontano, and Molino de Olivas de Bolea. These companies are recognized for their quality and tradition in oil production.
The beverages and wines sector will be represented by a wide range of wineries, including Bodegas Ainzón, Bodegas Borsao, Bodegas Aragonesas, and Bodegas Ruberte. The presence of Bodegas San Alejandro, Bodega Sommos, and Bodega Virgen de la Sierra, among others, underscores the importance of Aragonese wines in the national and international landscape.
Regarding meat products, Casa Pucharcós-Embutidos Villa de Graus and Jamones Eutiquio will bring the tradition of Aragonese charcuterie to the fair. Additionally, Quesos Sierra de Albarracín will represent dairy products, while Pastelerías Manuel Segura, Pastelería Ascaso, Novapan, and Harineras Villamayor will stand out in the baking and pastry sector.
Strategic location at the fair
Most of the Aragonese companies will be located in pavilion 7, a key space to maximize the visibility and impact of their products. Furthermore, several wineries will participate in the specific MAPA-Wine Tunnel area, designed for tasting Aragonese wines, allowing them to stand out among attendees and industry experts.
Participation in Gourmets 2026 not only represents an opportunity to showcase the quality and diversity of Aragonese products but also to strengthen Aragon’s presence in the global gastronomic market.
