The Department of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food of the Government of Aragón and the ARAMON Group signed a collaboration agreement on October 22, 2025, to enhance the presence of Aragonese products under the brand «Aragón Sabor de Verdad» in the ski resorts of Formigal-Panticosa, Cerler, Javalambre, and Valdelinares.
The agreement, signed by Councillor Javier Rincón and the Executive President of ARAMON, Antonio Gericó, establishes a framework for joint action aimed at strengthening the visibility of Aragonese foods in strategic locations within the resorts, in their dining venues and spaces, as well as in the digital and communication channels of the group.
Javier Rincón (Councillor) has noted that the agreement represents a step forward in promoting the differentiated quality of Aragonese products, bringing them closer to more than 1.2 million annual visitors to the resorts. He emphasized that the gastronomic experience constitutes added value in choosing Aragón as a ski destination.
Antonio Gericó (President of ARAMON) has highlighted that gastronomy enriches the visitor experience, and that supporting local products and the brand «Aragón Sabor de Verdad» allows for the offering of authentic propositions, reinforcing the commitment to the territory.
Planned Actions
The agreement includes:
- Visibility of the brand in symbolic and strategic locations within the resorts, both in physical and digital media
- Prominent presence of Aragonese foods in the gastronomic offerings of the dining establishments
- Tastings, tasting menus, and culinary experiences
- Training activities for resort staff on Aragonese products with differentiated quality
The collaboration will have an initial duration of three years.
