The Government of Aragón has increased the budget for the local commerce support program Volveremos for 2025, reaching 5 million euros. This announcement was made by the vice president and minister of the Presidency, Economy, and Justice, Mar Vaquero, during a visit to the Mercado Delicias in Zaragoza on December 1, 2025.
The expansion of 634,000 euros will be distributed among the 62 municipalities participating in the campaign according to established criteria. The program will enable a 20% autonomous balance every Wednesday and Friday until the available budget is exhausted.
According to Mar Vaquero, this measure aims to contribute during a time of widespread price increases and will serve as the best anti-inflation measure. The vice president also pointed out that the budget increase will allow spending to be redirected from platforms to local commerce, channeling consumption toward the 62 towns participating in the program.
Results Summary for 2025
The three campaigns of Volveremos conducted in 2025 have recorded significant results: 3,300 businesses have generated purchases worth over 80 million euros, with participation from approximately 130,000 citizens who completed 871,000 transactions.
The program has accumulated 9.5 million euros in balance, of which 4.8 million euros remain available in users’ wallets. This accumulated balance can be spent until December 31. Mar Vaquero concluded that the figures demonstrate that our commitment is a success and that in 2025 all records have been broken with 80 million euros sold in local commerce.
