Subdelegation of Defense and Chamber of Commerce Renew Agreement for the Labor Integration of Military Personnel in Teruel
The Subdelegation of Defense in Teruel and the Chamber of Commerce of Teruel have renewed their collaboration through the extension of the agreement signed between the Ministry of Defense and the Chambers of Commerce of Aragon. This agreement, which will extend for an additional four years, aims to facilitate the transition of military personnel into civilian work life, recognizing their experience and professional capabilities.
Continuity of Training and Integration Activities
The agreement will allow the continuation of training, promotion, and specific adaptation activities for military personnel to integrate into the civilian labor market. This measure facilitates that military personnel who complete their commitment to the Armed Forces or enter reserve status maintain an active working life in the Autonomous Community of Aragon.

The institutions emphasize the importance of capitalizing on the availability, specialization, and capabilities of military personnel, a population that possesses discipline, technical qualifications, and experience. The President of the Chamber of Commerce of Teruel emphasized that «The Armed Forces are a great reservoir of talent, discipline, and technical qualifications.» He noted the role of the Chamber as a channel to direct that potential towards companies in the province and contribute to the economic and social development of Teruel.
