European motorsport makes a stop in the heart of Aragón with a historic debut. From September 5 to 7, MotorLand Aragón will host the Ultimate Cup European Series for the first time, marking the fourth event of the season and the only race on Spanish soil in 2025.
The under-Aragon circuit, regularly featured in top-level international competitions, will become a true showcase of motorsport as it brings together five championships with prototypes, single-seaters, and GTs from prestigious brands over three intense days. For fans, the event will have an added attraction: access will be completely free, with the possibility to walk through the paddock and enjoy the action from the terraces of the pit building.
Diversity of categories: from prototypes to GTs
The schedule will offer a varied and high-level menu. Among the main contenders will be the prototypes of the European Sprint Prototype Cup, featuring second-generation LMP3s, and the European Endurance Prototype Cup, reserved for Nova Proto NP02s equipped with a Ford V8 engine producing 400 hp. In both cases, the monomake regulations ensure maximum technical equality, shifting the focus of competition to the talent of the drivers and the strategies of the teams.
The Aragón event will also host the Hoosier Formula Cup, a championship for Tatuus F3 T-318 single-seaters designed as a learning laboratory for young drivers aiming to progress to higher categories.
In the GT category, the spotlight will be on two internationally flavored competitions: the Ultimate GT Sprint Cup and the Kennol GT Endurance Cup. With grids featuring Mercedes, Ferrari, Porsche, and Aston Martin, these two series will pit teams against each other in sprint and endurance formats, combining pure speed with strategic tire management and pit stops.
An open paddock experience for the public
Beyond the sporting aspect, the organization has focused on a fan-friendly approach. With free entry, attendees will have access to the paddock, be able to witness pit stops from privileged spots, and enjoy services such as the Paddock Chiringuito or the circuit restaurant. MotorLand will also provide interior parking for greater convenience for the public.
Aragón, a meeting point for European motorsport
The debut of the Ultimate Cup European Series at MotorLand Aragón reinforces the position of the Alcañiz circuit as a reference venue on the international calendar. With its combination of prototypes, single-seaters, and GTs, the event offers a competitive and diverse spectacle that confirms the vibrancy of motorsport in Europe.
A weekend that promises to be unforgettable both for the teams and drivers and for the fans looking to experience the essence of racing firsthand.
