In the region of Andorra-Sierra de Arcos, a special rural charm is preserved. The capital is known for its mining past and historical center. Estercuel and Crivillén can also be highlighted for their traditional architecture and hiking routes. In each village, the local cuisine is ideal for regaining strength after a walk.
Among the villages of the Community of Teruel, the capital stands out as a center of history, art, and tranquil urban life. The city combines Mudéjar heritage with the legend of the Lovers that captivates visitors. Strolling through its squares and streets allows one to discover unique spots like the Escalinata next to the Paseo del Óvalo.
The Maestrazgo is a territory where medieval history can be felt in every stone. Castellote, the Templar town, impresses with its castle and the church of San Miguel. Cantavieja invites visitors to discover historic buildings, while Mirambel preserves walls and noble houses. Other locations allow for the exploration of ravines and routes ideal for hiking.
In the north of the province, in the Bajo Aragón region, Alcorisa surprises with its traditional architecture and parish church, while Castelserás offers a monumental complex. Not to mention the Gothic market hall from the 15th century in Alcañiz.
Just a few kilometers away, in the Bajo Martín region, Albalate del Arzobispo stands out for its historic center. A visit to Samper de Calanda is also recommended, known for its porticoed squares and monuments reflecting its medieval history, while Híjar offers a historic-artistic complex with cobblestone streets, churches, and a restored castle.
