The technology consulting firm hiberus closed 2025 with a growth of over 20%, quadrupling its revenue in the last five years and establishing itself as the fastest-growing consulting company in the sector in Spain. The company, which is 100% privately owned, has also announced the strategic integration of Telefónica Tech’s businesses in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile, an operation that marks a turning point in its international expansion and raises its revenue forecast to €350 million by 2026.
According to data provided by the company, the momentum of 2025 has been primarily supported by organic growth, allowing it to maintain a solid financial position with no debt. With this trajectory, hiberus enters 2026 with 4,500 professionals globally and under the umbrella of its strategic plan ‘Azul Infinito’ 2025-2030, which aims to reach €1 billion in revenue and 10,000 employees by the end of the period.
The integration of Telefónica Tech’s assets in the three Latin American countries was completed in early 2026 and significantly strengthens hiberus’s positioning outside of Spain. “At hiberus, we seek to build a leading company that endures. In contrast to multinational models or those dependent on investment funds, we are committed to leading from independence and with a long-term sustainable vision,” declared Sergio López, CEO of the company.
The sectoral context supports the progress of hiberus. The digital transformation driven by artificial intelligence, automation, and cybersecurity is redefining the market, and the consulting firm has bet on a hyper-specialization model with 46 areas of expertise. According to the IT Sourcing Study 2025 by Whitelane Research, hiberus ranks directly in the Top 3 for overall satisfaction in Spain and leads the ranking in customer loyalty, ahead of firms like Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, and NTT DATA. Additionally, it holds the second position in Business Transformation and the third in AI and GenAI.
During 2025, the company received more than a dozen international awards, including the Appian Europe Partner Award for Innovation, Liferay’s Innovation Partner of the Year and Rising Star awards in Latin America, recognition from Huawei Cloud as a partner advocate, and several awards in the Drupal Splash Awards in the Government and Media categories.
hiberus currently operates in over 35 development hubs in Spain, Europe, Latin America, the United States, and Africa. Its model combines the agility of a startup with the strength of a large multinational, focusing on end-to-end projects that integrate the physical and digital worlds throughout the entire product life cycle, from industrial design to the implementation of digital twins and artificial intelligence.
Headquartered in Zaragoza and with a growing international presence, the consulting firm specialized in ICT, technology consulting, and digital transformation maintains its shareholding independence as one of its main differential assets in an increasingly concentrated sector.
