Horeca Zaragoza has launched the #OrgulloHostelero project, an audiovisual initiative aimed at promoting and raising awareness about the hospitality sector, highlighting its importance as a professional career with opportunities for growth. This project not only seeks to showcase the passion and professionalism of the industry but also to attract young people and counter existing prejudices.
The initiative uses a «chain question» format in its videos, fostering a spirit of networking and community among the participants. So far, two initial videos have been released that have kickstarted this chain of testimonials in the sector.
Expected Impact and Target Audience
The project not only aims to reclaim the identity and talent of professionals in the sector but also to present a more fair and realistic image of hospitality. With a particular focus on young people, #OrgulloHostelero seeks to attract future generations by showcasing the vast possibilities offered by the sector.
Horeca Zaragoza, a federation of hospitality entrepreneurs founded in 1977 and currently representing over 400 associated companies, establishes itself as an important interlocutor for the sector in Zaragoza and has a training center to continue promoting professional development in hospitality.
