IAF Calls for 2.5 Million for Circular Economy in Teruel
The Government of Aragon, through the Aragonese Institute of Development (IAF), has launched a new call for grants aimed at supporting investment projects by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the province of Teruel. This initiative is part of the Just Transition Fund (FTJ) and seeks to promote alternative development in the region.
The grants are aimed at investment projects in the circular economy, with the purpose of promoting the reuse, recycling, and recovery of waste. The Government of Aragon intends to support business investment projects that contribute to the development of the province of Teruel.
Eligible for funding are investment projects aimed at achieving the principles of the circular economy, including: reducing the consumption of virgin raw materials, recycling materials, other forms of waste recovery, new applications of recycled materials, and improving waste management.
The call was published in the Official Bulletin of Aragon (BOA) on November 4, 2025, with a deadline for applications set for November 26. These grants are part of the Strategic Grant Plan of the Department of Presidency, Economy and Justice of the Government of Aragon for the period 2024-2027.
