Ibercaja Foundation Showcases Young Aragonese Talent at the III Forum of the Princess of Girona Foundation

The Ibercaja Foundation recently participated in the III Young Talent Forum organized by the Princess of Girona Foundation in Barcelona, an event that brought together over a hundred young professionals from 45 leading companies in Spain to share innovative initiatives related to sustainability, social purpose, talent development, and artificial intelligence.

The Aragon-based organization presented the Ibercaja Young Space at this forum, a project recognized as the best initiative in the «Development and Talent» category. This collaborative center, located in Zaragoza, aims to support young people in identifying their vocation, developing skills, and preparing to face the professional challenges of the future.

A Bridge Between Young People and Companies

Established as a reference space for students, entrepreneurs, and creators, the Young Space recorded over 33,000 attendances during 2025, becoming a connection point between emerging talent and the business fabric. Its main programs include professional orientation, job fairs, technological training, personal skills development, entrepreneurship activities, and various projects linked to artificial intelligence.

Additionally, the center promotes artistic calls, exhibitions, and cultural activities aimed at providing visibility to young creators. These initiatives are complemented by proposals focused on emotional well-being, mental health, and the creation of collaboration and networking opportunities.

A Solidified Alliance

Participation in this forum reinforces the collaboration that the Ibercaja Foundation has maintained for years with the Princess of Girona Foundation in promoting young talent. The General Director of the Ibercaja Foundation, José Luis Rodrigo Escrig, is a member of the Board of the Princess of Girona Foundation and serves as an ambassador for the Talent Tour.

As a result of this collaboration, both entities organized one of the stops of the Talent Tour in Huesca last February, featuring over 60 activities aimed at young people, and subsequently celebrated the second edition of «Zaragoza City of Talent» in Zaragoza, developed at the Ibercaja Young Space.
