The Aragonese Employment Institute (INAEM) has increased the budget for the ARINSER PLUS Program to support the labor inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion. The total funding now amounts to 2,950,000 euros, aiming to accommodate all applications that meet the established requirements.
The initial funding of the program was 2,300,000 euros. In light of the high number of applications received, it was decided to increase the budget by an additional 650,000 euros. This increase is financed through funds from the Sectoral Employment Conference and will allow for all applications that meet the established requirements to be addressed.
The ARINSER PLUS Program
The program is regulated by the Order EEI/367/2024. Its objective is to facilitate the labor inclusion of individuals at risk of social exclusion through insertion companies, as a preliminary step to their definitive incorporation into regular companies. It also aims to support the viability and social function of insertion companies.
Insertion companies are entities whose primary goal is to facilitate the labor integration of people in situations or at risk of social exclusion. They help these individuals acquire job skills and improve their economic and social situation, preparing them for entry into the regular labor market.
In 2024, a total of 17 insertion companies in Aragon, with the support of INAEM, hired 362 people at risk of social exclusion. The activities of these companies include assembly and packaging work, gardening, recycling and clothing sales, building maintenance, home assistance, and management of residential centers.
