The pianist James Rhodes will be the one to inaugurate this Saturday a new edition of Veruela Verano, the cultural cycle organized annually by the Diputación de Zaragoza at the Monastery of Veruela. His concert will officially open this summer’s program, characterized by musical and scenic proposals designed for the intimate and unique setting of the monastery.
Rhodes, one of the most recognized music communicators in the international scene, will offer a recital focused on some of the most emblematic works of the classical repertoire. The format of the concert, with a limited audience, will allow for an intimate performance in a space renowned for its acoustics and historical significance.
The Diputación de Zaragoza emphasizes that Veruela Verano has established itself as one of the most cherished cultural events of the Aragonese summer. Each edition combines top-tier names with emerging artists in a program that seeks to bring music to diverse audiences and highlight the monastic complex of Moncayo.
With the performance of James Rhodes, the festival kicks off a new season that will once again fill Veruela with music, culture, and visitors, reinforcing the identity of the cycle as a unique encounter between heritage and artistic creation.
