MotorLand Aragón will introduce a new motorsport discipline with the celebration of the Spanish Rallycross Championship, to be held from November 7 to 9, 2025. The competition will make use of the renovated Supermotard and Autocross circuits, specially adapted for this off-road modality, which will be novel and appealing to fans.
The main feature of Rallycross is the combination of asphalt and dirt, offering competitors the challenge of constantly alternating between high-grip conditions on the asphalt and high slip on unpaved surfaces.
Competitive System
The championship consists of four categories: SuperRX and CrosscarRX as the main categories, followed by JuniorRX and PromoRX, aimed at the development of young drivers. The scoring system includes two races per weekend: the intermediate race awards 12 points to the winner, and the final race grants 20 points.
Decisive Contest in the Final Race
No category has a defined champion yet, ensuring a maximum contest at MotorLand Aragón. In SuperRX, Sergio Bello leads Carlos Fernández by just 5 points. In CrosscarRX, Marco Matador is ahead by 7 points over Diego Martínez. In JuniorRX, Rodrigo Suárez holds a 19-point advantage over Óscar Fuertes. In PromoRX, three contenders are competing: Daniel Villanueva (118 points), Álvaro Rodríguez (115 points), and Javier Causiño (95 points).
The Aragonese Automobile Federation (FADA) will accompany the national event with an Open Trophy for Touring Cars of the Regional Rallycross, integrating divisions I and II in single-class formats. The event offers free access for the public to the facilities of MotorLand Aragón.
