The XIII International Festival of Panticosa ‘Touching the Sky’, featuring Ainhoa Arteta and Nancy Fabiola Herrera, has sold out all tickets for its inaugural concert. This event, which will take place from July 18 to 24, 2025, in the Aragonese Pyrenees, stands out for its international focus under the theme «From East to West.»

Program Details

The festival’s opening on July 18 will feature a recital titled «High Voltage» by Arteta and Herrera at the Auditorium of the Balneario de Panticosa, offering a mix of opera and zarzuela. Throughout the week, artists from various nationalities will enrich the festival:

  • Xiaotong Li, a Chinese harpist, and Anqi Xia, a pianist, will present an oriental repertoire on July 19.
  • The Polish GlassDuo, known for their Glass Harp, will perform on July 21.
  • Deion Cho, a South Korean guitarist, will offer a concert on July 23, in collaboration with cultural institutions from Korea.
  • The Concerto Málaga orchestra, conducted by José Manuel Gil de Gálvez, will interpret Spanish and Korean pieces on July 24.

Additionally, the festival will include events such as «Vermouth Concert» featuring emerging Aragonese artists and a musical excursion with the quartet Muro Kvartet on July 22 in Hoz de Jaca.

The García Esteban Foundation organizes this event, which is supported by the Town Hall of Panticosa, the Caja Rural de Aragón Foundation, and collaborations from the Government of Aragón. The festival has been recognized with the EFFE Label, the Cultural and Patronage Seal, and is a member of FestClásica. In 2024, it was awarded the Culturaragón award by the Peña Bal de Tena.
