El Corte Inglés and the Zaragoza City Council are preparing the second edition of the Reading Party on June 6, 2025, at Parque Grande José Antonio Labordeta, promoting reading in an outdoor space.
This event is the result of collaboration between El Corte Inglés and the Zaragoza Municipal Library Board. It takes place as part of the 2025 Book Fair, highlighting the first time it is organized outdoors at The Kiosk of Letters, a space typically used on weekends for cultural activities.
The Zaragoza Reading Party encourages attendees to bring their own books, alternating between periods of 55 minutes of silent reading and 10 minutes of conversation. The event begins at 7:00 PM with a reading session, followed by a literary dialogue among participants, a second reading session, and concludes with a sharing session at 8:05 PM.
The event is scheduled for Friday June 6, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM with access allowed from 6:30 PM. It is crucial to pre-register via email at acultural_zaragoza@elcorteingles.es until capacity is reached, thus ensuring the organization and success of the gathering.
This initiative aims not only to provide a pleasant environment for reading but also to transform it into a vibrant social activity, replicating the success achieved in its first edition in December.
