Horeca Restaurantes Zaragoza has approved the schedule of gastronomic activities for 2026, consolidating five major events that have become benchmarks in the sector. Following a 2025 marked by a record level of participation and excellent public reception, the Association continues to promote local gastronomy and the talent of culinary and service professionals.
Event Schedule 2026
The plan includes five gastronomic events scheduled throughout the year:
- Menu of the Day (January 14 to February 10): Dedicated to traditional cuisine and the representative menus of Zaragoza’s restaurants.
- Horeca Awards (February 12 to March 15): Recognition of excellence and innovation in the restaurant industry, with an awards gala on March 23.
- GastroPassion (March 28 to April 6): A gastronomic route coinciding with Holy Week, combining tradition, local products, and signature cuisine.
- GastroTapas (June 16 to 28): An initiative that kicks off on World Tapas Day, featuring miniature proposals for nearly two weeks.
- PilarGastroWeek (October 10 to 18): Gastronomy as a highlighted attraction of the Fiestas del Pilar, with special menus at participating establishments.

About the Organization
Horeca Restaurantes is the Association of Restaurant Entrepreneurs of Zaragoza and Province, founded in 1977 and currently the strongest in the sector in the region. Its objectives include coordinating, representing, and promoting the interests of the hospitality sector, acting as an intermediary with administrations and institutions. The organization integrates the Federation of Hospitality Entrepreneurs of Zaragoza and is part of the Spanish Confederation of Hospitality Entrepreneurs.
