The Association of Hotel Entrepreneurs of Zaragoza and Province, Horeca Hoteles Zaragoza y provincia, and the Aragonese firm Colchones Relax have formalized a strategic alliance with a clear objective: to improve the rest experience in hotel establishments and strengthen the sector’s competitiveness in the province.
The agreement, signed in Zaragoza by the president of Horeca Hoteles, Antonio Presencio, and the general director of Colchones Relax, Eduardo Villarroya, means the incorporation of the company into the Horeca Club. From now on, the company will make its experience and technical knowledge available to its members to advance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Synergies to Enhance Quality
For Presencio, collaboration with local companies is key at a time when differentiation is essential. Rest, one of the pillars of the hotel experience, has become a decisive factor in the rating guests give to their stay.
In this vein, Villarroya emphasizes that the Aragonese company aims to consolidate its commitment to the professional channel. The company has recently launched Relax Business, its division specialized in B2B solutions for the HORECA sector and contract, through which it seeks to establish long-term trust-based relationships with hotels and tourist accommodations.
More than a Century of Experience from Zaragoza
Founded in 1907, Industrias Relax S.L. is based in Zaragoza and has over a hundred years of experience in mattress manufacturing. The company combines industrial tradition, technological innovation, and a declared commitment to sustainability, making it a national benchmark in both domestic and professional spheres.
Its solutions for the HORECA channel are designed to withstand the intensive use typical of hotel establishments, prioritizing ergonomics, durability, and comfort. In a market where online reputation and ratings directly influence occupancy, rest ceases to be a detail and becomes a strategic investment.
Horeca Hoteles Zaragoza y provincia, founded in 1977, is the main business organization in the accommodation sector in the province. It acts as an intermediary with the administration and social agents and is part of regional and national structures, such as Horeca Zaragoza and CEHAT.
With this alliance, the association reinforces its commitment to generating added value for its members through agreements with companies rooted in the region. A step that connects industry and tourism, two strategic sectors for the Aragonese economy, based on a simple yet crucial idea: sleeping well is also part of the Zaragoza brand.
