Where to eat very well in Aragon this summer and not ruin your vacation

When we think of a vacation in Spain we are usually thinking of splendid landscapes, fun, sun, culture, and also, of course, gastronomy: its restaurants, bars, terraces, tapas, its typical dishes, meats, wines that we enjoy so much. We plan the trip, what we want to see and do and where to eat.

We bring you 140 restaurants in Aragon selected by the prestigious Repsol guide where to eat, dine and enjoy Spain without spoiling your vacations.

Get to know the “Soletes de Verano 2022” of the Repsol Guide 2022 in Zaragoza
More than 250 beach bars, terraces and ice cream parlors throughout Spain have been selected by the Repsol Guide and of them 140 are in Aragon, this year we have 18 new ones.

Perhaps you do not know the Repsol Guide and its recognized “Soletes”.

Let us introduce you the Repsol Guide: The Repsol Guide, until 2008 called Campsa Guide, is a Spanish tourist guide created in 1979 that proposes routes and itineraries through Spain, and provides information, of tourist interest, of the places through which you can pass, giving great importance to gastronomy. In some ways it is similar to what was originally the Michelin Guide.
The Repsol Guide has two types of awards: Soles and Soletes.

According to its website: “Chiringuitos and terraces; cafes, ice cream and pastry shops; bars, tascas and bars; wine bars, wineries and cider bars; hamburger, bocaterias or pizzerias ‘good’; informal restaurants and menu of the day where you can eat delicious food. So that you never lack a place to go to have a good time and enjoy the cuisine, in Repsol Guide we have created a new dynamic category, the Solete”.

The Soles qualify and reward haute cuisine dishes, while the Soletes usually reward the good cooking that you can appreciate in a delicious hamburger or some succulent tapas at the bar of a market.

Let’s start with the winners in the province of Zaragoza.
