ACF Innove will present the latest evolution of Amarre Solutions, its software for digitizing and managing freight transportation, at the 1st Logistop Scientific and Technology Congress, to be held in Valencia on October 6 and 7, 2026. The Huesca-based company will take part as a speaker and sponsor in an event expected to bring together more than 150 logistics professionals.
ACF Innove to bring Amarre Solutions to Logistop 2026
The company, headquartered in Huesca, will focus its participation on the technological capabilities of Amarre Solutions, a tool designed to digitize cargo loading, load securing, and shipment tracking. The congress will bring together companies, researchers, experts, port institutions, and specialized centers to address the challenges facing the logistics sector.
ACF Innove Managing Director Fernando Viñuales Buil will speak on October 6, presenting “Amarre Solutions & IoT: interoperability, traceability and digital shipment control in compliance with DeCA”. The session, devoted to supply-chain traceability, will take place from 4:20 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. in the La Harinera Room.
The presentation will cover the evolution of software developed by ACF Innove to optimize freight loading, calculate load securing requirements, facilitate regulatory compliance, and strengthen the prevention of accidents and theft. The session will feature an interactive format to discuss with attendees the challenges faced by shippers, carriers, and logistics operators.
The software integrates load securing, DeCA, blockchain, and IoT for freight transportation
Amarre Solutions optimizes cargo loading based on weight, volume, and destinations, using artificial intelligence to automate processes. It also performs physical calculations for cargo securing in accordance with the EN 12195 standard.
The tool generates a report valid as a DeCA, the Electronic Control Document that will become mandatory in October, and records this information using blockchain technology to preserve its integrity. It also incorporates IoT-based monitoring, with sensors and cameras that can capture images from inside the vehicle during transit.
The solution is designed for road, maritime, and rail transport, adapting securing requirements to each mode. Its approach brings together cargo distribution, load securing, regulatory compliance, document traceability, sensor technology, monitoring, and intermodality within a single ecosystem.
A capacity calculator expands Amarre Solutions’ capabilities
Among the new features ACF Innove will present at Logistop is a vehicle cargo-capacity calculator. The tool can scan technical specification sheets, select the mode of transport, and apply the relevant technical data and limits to perform calculations.
ACF Innove has more than 50 years of experience in training and has evolved toward a model combining consulting, training, and technology development. Amarre Solutions began as an R&D&i project with the Aragon Institute of Technology, ITAINNOVA, and continues to add new capabilities.
The company was recently recognized as a CCR Ambassador at the Second Responsible Shipper Certificate Gala, held during SIL Barcelona 2026. At Logistop, the company will demonstrate how digitization can provide information on cargo, load securing, transit, and the traceability of each shipment.
