Ambar Beers reaffirms its commitment to the Weddings of Isabel de Segura by renewing its main sponsorship for the event, which will take place from February 19 to 22, 2026, in Teruel. This edition marks a milestone as it is recognized as a Festival of International Tourist Interest, a distinction granted by the General Secretariat of Tourism of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism of Spain.
Sponsorship Presentation in Teruel
On February 5, 2026, the former headquarters of the Bank of Spain in Teruel hosted the sponsorship presentation event, which gathered over 200 attendees. Among those present were social representatives from the city, members of the cast of the Isabel Weddings Foundation, members of the Federation of Wedding Groups, as well as Juan Carlos Cruzado, First Deputy Mayor of Teruel.
The Official Beer: A Return to Medieval Tradition
After fifteen editions of collaboration, Ambar returns to offer the official beer of the Weddings. This medieval-style beer, unpasteurized and unfiltered, will be served directly from wooden barrels at room temperature. Its production respects the exclusive use of toasted malt, aromatic hops, and water, maintaining the tradition of medieval monasteries and abbeys.
Ambar’s master brewer, Antonio Fumanal, describes the beer as cellar-matured at ice, cloudy, and dry, ideal for quenching thirst during the sumptuous and lengthy banquets of nobles and commoners in the taverns and haymas of the city.
Commercial and Tourist Impact of the Collaboration
Enrique Torguet, Director of Communication and Institutional Relations at Ambar Beers, emphasized that this collaboration reinforces the brewery’s commitment to local commerce, hospitality, and the social fabric of the city. The alliance not only aims to support a culturally significant celebration but also to project Teruel’s name internationally, attract visitors, and generate economic opportunities for local commerce and hospitality.
