MotoGP has revealed its complete calendar for the 2026 season, featuring a total of 22 Grands Prix held around the world. The MotorLand circuit in Alcañiz will host the fourteenth race of the championship, right at the closing stretch of the season, when positions in the overall standings are more at stake and every point counts.
This will be the seventeenth occasion that the World Championship visits Aragón since its debut in 2010, reflecting the significance that MotorLand has gained in the world of two wheels. The Aragón event will be preceded by the British Grand Prix at the legendary Silverstone and will be followed by the San Marino Grand Prix at Misano.
The chosen date places the Aragón Grand Prix at a crucial moment in the championship. August is traditionally a month of high tension in MotoGP, with teams fine-tuning strategies and riders vying for the title at every turn. In this context, MotorLand offers a technical layout that is demanding and highly valued by both riders and teams.
Beyond the competition, the weekend at MotorLand promises to be a major event. Tens of thousands of fans from across Spain and Europe are expected, in search of speed, spectacle, and atmosphere. The organization is already preparing an extensive program of parallel activities, and ticket sales will open soon through the official website of the circuit.
Aragón is thus preparing to once again be the center of international attention. For three days, the roar of engines and the excitement of the championship will turn the region into the heart of world motorcycling.
