The Acelera Pyme Office of CEOE Aragón has proven to be an essential pillar in the digital transformation of businesses and freelancers in the region, reaching over 2,600 consultations in digitization. This service has established itself as a reference point in Aragón, particularly in sectors such as industry, commerce, and professional activities, and is now focused on promoting the use of artificial intelligence.
Consolidation of Business Digitization Services
Since its inception, the Acelera Pyme Office has served over 1,600 freelancers and companies, providing more than 2,500 individualized consultations. This level of activity highlights its importance as a benchmark for business digitization in Aragón. The majority of the entities served are freelancers and microenterprises, which account for 60% of the total, followed by SMEs and entrepreneurs.
The consultations have focused on conducting digital maturity assessments, facilitating access to adapted tools, and planning resources for websites and social media. Since 2023, the office has intensified its efforts in seeking funding for digitization projects, organizing 130 group workshops.
«AI Without Barriers» Event in September
In September, the Acelera Pyme Office will continue its activities with the event «AI Without Barriers: How to Comply with Regulations and Apply Them in Your Business.» This event will take place in Zaragoza, Huesca, and Teruel, featuring participation from entities such as IAON of Ibercaja, the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence, Aragón Privacy, and the TECNARA Cluster. The event is part of the Artificial Intelligence Week, promoted by Red.es and supported by the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence and the European Union’s FEDER funds.
IAThon Acelera Aragón: Open Innovation with Artificial Intelligence
The IAThon Acelera Aragón is another key event, focused on open innovation and solving challenges through artificial intelligence. It will be held in Monzón, Alcañiz, and Calatayud, allowing students, entrepreneurs, and startups to develop technological solutions addressing local business needs. This initiative is in collaboration with various local and business entities.
Following the IAThons, the Entrepreneurship Route will be launched, aimed at guiding projects towards the creation of new companies. This route will include practical training sessions on business models, finance, procedures, communication, and branding, starting in November 2026.
