Aragón Showcases Its Art at the Madrid Art Week

The Government of Aragon reaffirms its commitment to the promotion of Aragonese art by supporting creators and galleries at the Art Week in Madrid. This institutional backing, led by the General Director of Culture, Pedro Olloqui, seeks to highlight regional talent and celebrate the 30th anniversary of the IAACC Pablo Serrano.

Aragonese Presence at JustMAD and Art Madrid

On March 5th, the Aragonese delegation will immerse itself in JustMAD, where Oscar García and Laura Darriba, the fair directors, will extend their welcome. The Olga Julián Gallery will showcase works by artists such as Eduardo Lozano and José Moñú, among others. At 12:00 PM, a roundtable titled ‘Overview of the Galleries and Exhibitions in Aragon’ will take place, featuring prominent representatives from the cultural sector.

In the afternoon, attention will shift to Art Madrid, where galleries such as Carmen Terreros and Galería 3 Punts will be visited, showcasing the work of artists like Alejandro Monge and Eva Armisén. This tour reinforces cultural exchange and the visibility of Aragonese art in an international context.

Exploration of Hybrid and ARCO

On March 6th, the delegation will visit Hybrid in the afternoon, exploring spaces such as Veo Arte en todas partes and La Cabina. These encounters will allow attendees to discover innovative and emerging proposals in the current artistic landscape.

In the morning, an extensive tour of ARCO will include visits to galleries exhibiting works by renowned Aragonese artists such as Antonio Saura and Pablo Gargallo. This event is a key opportunity to promote regional art and establish meaningful connections with the public and other art professionals.

Celebration of the IAACC Pablo Serrano at ARCO

The central event on March 7th at ARCO will commemorate the 30th anniversary of the IAACC Pablo Serrano. The ceremony, scheduled for 1:00 PM, will bring together notable figures such as Pedro Olloqui and Julio Ramón, along with experts in the history and design of cultural spaces. This event underscores the importance of the museum in preserving and disseminating Aragonese artistic heritage.
