Promotion Campaign for Aragonese Products Concludes with 557 Participants and Award Presentations in Rural Stores
The campaign «Aragón, Taste of Truth,» developed between October 5 and November 12, 2025, has concluded with a positive outcome. Driven by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food of the Government of Aragon, the Association of Food Industries of Aragon (AIAA), and the Chambers of Commerce of Aragon, the initiative aimed to encourage the consumption of local products in rural municipalities of the region.
The campaign saw the participation of 557 customers. Ten raffles were held, resulting in the distribution of 10 baskets of Aragonese products. Additionally, 3 baskets were awarded to the establishments that demonstrated the greatest dynamism, based on the number of tickets collected.
The award presentation took place in Alacón (Teruel), chosen for being one of the municipalities with the highest acceptance of the campaign. Amparo Cuéllar Hernandis, General Director of Innovation and Food Promotion, attended the event and highlighted the positive reception of Aragonese products in small municipalities.
The Network of Rural Multiservice and Adhered Stores comprises more than 200 establishments in Aragon. José Ignacio Domingo, manager of the AIAA, valued the role of these stores in bringing Aragonese food products closer to small municipalities. Nuria Ros Navarro, Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce of Teruel, emphasized the importance of this network for maintaining services, jobs, and life in rural areas.
