Europe Direct Aragón launches two educational initiatives in Zaragoza aimed at young people aged 16 to 23, focused on combating misinformation and promoting awareness of European opportunities. These free activities, scheduled for March 2026, aim to empower young people through critical training and communication skills.
Young Europeans Against Fake News
The workshop «Fake News, Young Europeans Against Myths» will take place at the Espacio Joven Baltasar Gracián in Zaragoza. Scheduled for next Wednesday, from 6 to 8 PM, this event invites participants to explore the phenomenon of fake news through games, debates, and reflections. The session, conducted in English with translation into Spanish, is free and open until capacity is reached. Registrations can be made by sending an email to europedirect@aragon.es.
EuroVoz: Influencers for Europe
The «EuroVoz» workshop, also free, will focus on recording and editing videos, aiming to transform participants into «EuroVoices,» influencers who communicate about Europe on social media. This workshop will be held on March 30, 31, and April 1 at the Baltasar Gracián Building of the Aragonese Youth Institute (IAJ). In addition to technical skills, the workshop will provide information about European Union opportunities in areas such as studies, mobility, employment, and volunteering.
Europe Direct Aragón: Connecting with Europe
Europe Direct Aragón, a service of the Government of Aragón, is dedicated to bringing the European Union closer to citizens by providing information about its institutions and policies. Part of the General Directorate of Institutional Relations, External Action, and Transparency, this organization has a solid track record in training and disseminating European information, establishing itself as a bridge between Aragón and Europe.
