Gaman Racing Global Service: Leading the Way in Representing Young Motorcycle Riders Worldwide

This company based in Aragón was founded by Toledo native Jesús Agenjo Martínez, who knows motorcycling from various angles. He has always been a fan and, in his early professional days, worked as a competition mechanic before heading his own team. However, a few years ago he embarked on a “crazy adventure,” as he describes it. This adventure is called Gaman Racing, which is headquartered in Alcañiz, right next to the Motorland circuit.

From there, Jesús and his team of six are guiding the first steps of young motorcycling talents from all over the world. Literally from all corners of the planet, as they manage over 20 riders from Europe, as well as from Latin America, Asia, and Australia. All of them have the potential to become the next prominent stars in major championships.Gaman Racing

However, at Gaman Racing they do not operate like a traditional management firm. Their goal is to ensure that these children and teenagers have the opportunity to develop their talent for two wheels without family finances being a determining factor. The aim is for them to continue learning in the best possible way, and that is by competing. This is very expensive today, so as Jesús puts it, “my purpose is to make it possible for them to race without having to pay for it.”

Motorcycling competitions, which go far beyond Moto GP races, are a big business. The trend in recent years has been for riders to contribute large amounts of money for teams to provide them with a machine to compete on. However, it is evident that not everyone can afford that luxury. Thus, sometimes social status takes precedence over talent. This is something that Jesús Agenjo is not fond of at all.

“Children who play football do not pay for it. So neither should riders. Moreover, those who are good and have a future should be helped.” This is where Gaman Racing comes into play, a company that has made significant qualitative and quantitative strides over the past four years. “We started seeing important results when we realized we had three or four riders from various nationalities and we could promote (and monetize) their image in different parts of the globe.”

The extensive knowledge of the company’s personnel and their wide contact list allows them to work collaboratively with both riders and teams, as well as potential sponsors, to manage each party’s needs. In other words, they serve as the connecting link among all of them so that collaboration not only yields positive results but often creates new opportunities for everyone.

For the riders, they provide constant advice and management of a career that is just beginning. They assist in negotiating agreements with teams or facilitate commitments with various brands. This help is not simply about finding a sponsor; they also guide them in choosing the best options as well as handling bureaucratic procedures.

Today, in the orbit of their company, there are riders from Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Great Britain, Portugal, and Italy, in addition to the best of the emerging Indian landscape or some of the great hopes of Australian motorcycling. Of course, there are also very young Spanish riders, including Víctor Cubeles, who is regarded as one of the great promises in this motor sport.

All of them are cared for, assisted in their training, and efforts are made to find races and teams with which they can continue to grow. This can happen anywhere in the world. Jesús and his team have enough contacts to enable these young riders to race and make a name for themselves. After that, brands come forward to sponsor them, even other managers who take their careers on a more individualized basis.Gaman Racing

This is the case for Víctor Cubeles himself, who has recently linked his destiny with Jorge Lorenzo, a true legend of GP. He is not the only rider working with Gaman Racing who has his own manager. There are others. The roles of each are different because the company led by Jesús Agenjo fosters a clear spirit of collaboration within the motor environment.

“Our work would be impossible without collaborating with teams to whom we must guarantee the best, whether they are riders or products. The same goes for sponsors, whom we advise on how and when to invest their money to achieve the greatest returns globally, since our showcase is the entire planet.” This successful policy of international partnerships has led to offers for establishment in places like Qatar; however, since its inception, it has maintained its headquarters in Alcañiz, in the TechnoPark MotorLand Technology Park, “an ideal showcase for us.”
