The Spanish technology consulting firm Hiberus has achieved third place in the Global Satisfaction Ranking of IT Service Providers in Spain, according to the prestigious IT Sourcing Study 2025 by Whitelane Research & Eraneos. This accomplishment positions the company as one of the seven new entrants to the ranking this year, consolidating its status as a key partner for leading Spanish companies.
Hiberus reached third place in overall satisfaction, while also securing first place in customer loyalty. The company ranks second in Application Management Services and in Cloud and Infrastructure Services, sharing the latter position with major multinationals such as Capgemini, Ayesa, DXC Technology, and Seidor.
In strategic areas, the technology firm is positioned as the second provider in Business Transformation and reaches the top 3 in Artificial Intelligence and GenAI. These results place it ahead of traditional competitors such as Inetum, Seidor, Capgemini, NTT DATA, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, or Accenture in the overall evaluation by clients.
Exponential Growth of the Company
The recognition is accompanied by significant growth for Hiberus.
