The CEOE Aragón Acelera Pyme Office has become a fundamental pillar for the digitalization of businesses in the region. Since its inception in 2023, it has assisted 1,500 freelancers and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing over 2,000 personalized consultations and organizing nearly one hundred workshops and events focused on business digital transformation.
The service has had a significant impact, especially among freelancers and microenterprises, which represent 60% of the users served. These sectors, primarily industry, commerce, and professional activities, have found in the Acelera Pyme Office an ally to advance in their digitalization. Personalized attention has allowed these entities to improve their competitiveness and adapt to the demands of the current market.
With a focus on digital transformation, the office has offered maturity diagnostics in digitalization, guidance on implementing artificial intelligence tools, and resource planning for websites and social media, such as ERP and CRM systems. Additionally, it has provided advice on public and private funding options for digital projects, thus facilitating access to essential resources for innovation.
Support Network and Organizational Structure
The success of the Acelera Pyme Office is largely due to its organizational structure and support from key entities. It has qualified personnel from CEOE Aragón and a network of approved providers, which ensures a quality service. The operation of the office is supported by Red.es, a public company of the Ministry for Digital Transformation, the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, and the European Union’s FEDER funds, which reinforces its capacity to offer high-level services.
Access to the service is straightforward for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and interested SMEs, who can request advice and participate in activities through the official website: https://oap.ceoearagon.es/.
