Zaragoza Hosts OWN 2025, the Major National Gaming Event

Zaragoza Hosts OWN 2025 This Weekend, the Largest National Gathering of Gaming and Digital Entertainment

Feria de Zaragoza will be the national epicenter for gaming, esports, and digital culture from November 21 to 23 with the first Aragonese edition of OWN, the largest meeting point for digital entertainment enthusiasts. The event consolidates its expansion following its launch in Valencia and reinforces Zaragoza’s position as a technological hub.

Institutions such as Feria de Zaragoza, the Aragonese Institute of Development, Caja Rural de Aragón, and Telefónica (Movistar) have highlighted the importance of the festival’s arrival for the economic, cultural, and technological development of Aragón. The event reinforces the economic impact of Feria de Zaragoza, valued at 422.9 million euros, and solidifies the commitment to innovation.

Key Event Information

The fairgrounds will open with special hours: Friday, November 21, and Saturday, November 22, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday, November 23, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The festival will feature three stages hosting competitions, musical performances, cosplay exhibitions, K-pop shows, and immersive experiences. Among the highlights is the finals of the Iberian Cup (League of Legends) with the teams Los Heretics, UCAM Esports, LUA Gaming, and Veni Vidi Vici.

OWN KIDS FEST

For the first time, the event incorporates a family area with free activities for children: themed face painting, badge-making workshops, free play areas, children’s theater, supervised video games, an obstacle course, and activities from the Inventors Academy (electronic lanterns and propulsion rockets). Access is free for children under 5 years old and includes special family packs.

Competitions and Entertainment

The program includes tournaments for League of Legends, Rainbow 6, Fortnite, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, and the CS2 Spanish Circuit. Additionally, there will be concerts featuring video game and anime music, cosplay contests, dubbing sessions, K-pop masterclasses, and the exhibition «50 Years of Consoles.»

Themed Spaces

The festival will offer multiple zones: Arcade, Virtual Reality, Ludosport, Artist Alley, Tech Level Up, and the Movistar LAN Party with exclusive tournaments throughout the three days.

Access and Tickets

Tickets start at 8 euros per day, with passes from 6.5 euros daily. Discounts are available for groups, families, and young people with the Carné Joven Aragón.

OWN Zaragoza 2025 aims to become an intergenerational meeting where video games, music, and creativity celebrate digital culture, positioning Feria de Zaragoza as a national center for technology during the weekend.
