The universe of Star Wars lands in Aragón with a cultural proposal that promises to attract followers of all ages. Mobility City, at the Zaha Hadid Bridge, hosts until January 25, 2026 the exhibition “Beyond the Galaxy”, organized by Fundación Ibercaja and considered one of the most comprehensive exhibits in Europe dedicated to the saga created by George Lucas.
The exhibition features more than 14 life-size figures of iconic characters such as Darth Vader, Yoda, Princess Leia, Boba Fett, and Kylo Ren, along with droids like R2D2 and C3PO, and even Grogu (The Mandalorian). The experience is complemented by unique objects that will delight collectors, including an original costume worn during the filming of “Star Wars” (1977) and fragments of the legendary Death Star.
The exhibit also includes 13 large-format dioramas, featuring unforgettable scenes like the battle in the Endor forest or the droids in the Tatooine desert, intricately recreated to scale. Visitors will also find display cases with ships, original posters, storyboards, and autographs, all accompanied by explanatory panels that offer context, curiosities, and little-known facts about the filming.
After touring Saudi Arabia, Portugal, and various Spanish cities, “Beyond the Galaxy” arrives in Zaragoza as a unique opportunity to engage with the popular culture of the seventh art. The aim of Fundación Ibercaja, the event’s organizer, is to make the experience accessible both to the most passionate fans and to those who wish to discover the richness of this cinematic universe for the first time.
Culture and Entertainment at the Zaha Hadid Bridge
Located at the top of the iconic Zaha Hadid Bridge, the exhibition makes Zaragoza a cultural and touristic reference point by gathering a collection capable of transporting visitors directly to the heart of the saga. It is a proposal that combines cinematic heritage, art, and entertainment, reinforcing Fundación Ibercaja’s commitment to bringing culture to society through innovative initiatives.
