The Meaning of the National Hospitality Awards
The National Hospitality Awards are held annually by the Business Confederation of Hospitality of Spain and represent the highest national recognition for entrepreneurs and entities in the sector. The current edition includes 17 categories that distinguish aspects such as professional trajectory, innovation, sustainability, promotion of gastronomic culture, and associations. A jury composed of industry experts evaluates both business excellence and the social and cultural contributions of the candidates.
For José María Lasheras, president of Horeca Restaurantes Zaragoza, this prominent presence of Aragonese professionals solidifies the sector’s positive moment. The awardees represent shared values of «effort, teamwork, commitment to the territory, and a modern vision of hospitality as an economic, social, and cultural engine.»
